Job Description


Looking for an administrator for our Financial Information Systems - mainly NetSuite. This position will provide ongoing support to the internal accounting function and will liaise with the IT function for needed changes and alterations. 

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite support, providing internal ongoing support to the accounting/finance team and coordination with the IT team

Drive process improvements and efficiencies in our global accounting/finance organization

Ensure business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite

Maintain proper system access for all roles

Work directly with the IT team, who will be responsible for developing, testing and implementing customizations, net functionality and applications based on the evolving business needs. In addition, manage the finance information systems projects and related tasks prioritization

Manage implementation of NetSuite releases for ongoing upgrades to the system

Support end-user requests for new searched reports, KPIs and dashboards

Lead the company’s NetSuite training program and necessary training materials for end-users throughout the company

Develop, document and implement policies & procedures to ensure quality of data and protocols for changes, customization and standards

Perform routine data audits and resolve identified issues

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (MIS, IT business/computer science) preferred

5+ years of Accounting System Administration experience, preferable with NetSuite

System implementation and system integration experience

Working Knowledge of accounting/finance principals

Experience with Saas (Software as a Service) environment

Detailed understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to accounting, sales force management and support

Knowledge of financial accounting, customer management and sales force automation software

Ability to communicate with all levels including management and external parties

Outstanding organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail

Ability to handle changing circumstances and reprioritize when necessary

Experience working with multiple currencies a plus
