Job Summary:

Currently seeking a Senior CRM Technical Analyst with both Functional and Technical skills to join our CRM team. The role will primarily focus on implementing and developing solutions on our Dynamics 365 CRM platform using the latest technologies and functionalities with consideration for performance, flexibility, mobility and security.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 
  • Work as a techno-functional resource on the CRM team within Information Technology department
  • Possess strong knowledge of out of the box Dynamics 365 CRM functionality in the Sales, Customer Service and Marketing domains
  • Perform various Dynamics 365 CRM customizations and configurations
  • Develop and maintain C# plug-ins and java script extensions for Dynamics CRM
  • Implement and maintain Scribe Insight integrations
  • Design and implement CRM web service API calls for system integrations
  • Manage multiple deployments and deploy new functionality into production systems on the Dynamics 365 CRM web and mobile platform
  • Understanding the functional design as well as technical design and architecture
  • Perform Dynamics 365 CRM upgrades
  • Build custom fetch XML reports for Dynamics 365 CRM using SSRS
  • Partner with CRM vendor in parallel to deliver solutions and complete projects where necessary
  • Adapt the IT change control process for all CRM application development activities while adhering to best practices for development, testing, build and release management
  • Partner with various functional areas and business stakeholders on different projects

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

 
  • 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization & configuration is required
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Dynamics 365 Development (C# and JavaScript) and custom integrations using Scribe and CRM Web API' s
  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, and the ability to convey this knowledge to balance the use of native (OOB) features and the appropriate use of custom development
  • Knowledge of best practices for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service with respect to CRM activities
  • Sound knowledge in Dynamics 365 CRM entities, workflows, business rules, configurations, customization development, integration development, reporting, dashboards, web resources, and CRM solutions file management
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 mobile app
  • Ability to understand and articulate business processes and requirements to CRM solutions
  • Proven ability to successfully deliver critical, enterprise-level initiatives
  • Experience using Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall software development methodologies
  • Experience with Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) for Agile work tracking, code repository, development of user stories, QA script generation and tracking
  • Experience with vendor relationships and 3rd party development teams is a plus

  • Proven ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to meet short & long term goals and maintain high quality work standards

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, effectively prioritize, and execute tasks while under pressure

 

 

Education & Certifications:

 
  • Bachelor' s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline is required
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications preferred
  • Scribe Insight certification is a plus
