Job Description


Responsibilities:
  • Assess business/technology risks and the related controls and provide practical remediation plans
  • Manage multiple engagements while maintaining company quality standards
  • Work with clients in a broad array of industries including information technology, financial services, retail, electronics manufacturing, entertainment products, and equipment leasing
  • Understand clients’ organizations and provide value-added solutions and best practices
  • Approximately 35% travel ( both domestic and international)
  • Proactively manages client issues and expectations. Understands and appreciates the firm’s model of balancing client needs with making a profit
  • Review and evaluate IT systems’ operations to ensure compliance with prevailing regulatory laws and requirements
  • Work with clients to test for compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002
  • Ensure engagement reporting observations and recommendations are based on a complete understanding of the process, circumstances, and risk.
  • Prepare formal written reports providing recommendations for management to strengthen and improve operations in addition to identifying cost or efficiency savings
  • Conducts performance discussions in a manner that is fair, frequent, fosters trust, and elevates performance. Foster individual development planning with coachees
  • Other related duties assigned as needed

Qualifications:
  • At least five years of overall direct IT audit experience performing hands-on information security risk assessments, and vulnerability assessments through the incorporation of automated scanning and audit tools
  • At least five years of experience performing IT General Controls, Application Controls, and security audits
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills a must
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client engagements and supervise staff
  • The ability to work well within a team oriented environment and independently

Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree a plus
  • CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CPA or equivalent certification a plus
