Seeking a Change Control/Change Management Professional covering Infrastructure, HW/SW, Development and End-User Computing.

 

Change Management is an integral part of our IT organization with primary responsibility to enable necessary changes while protecting the stability of the technical environment. Change Management ensures infrastructure, application and other technical changes are implemented with minimum impact to the Firm’s users.

This role collaborates closely with vendors, service providers and technical teams to identify, schedule, document, evaluate for risk and implement all changes for the Firm.

 

Responsibilities;

This individual will assume overall responsibility to affect best practices in Change Management, Business Continuity and Vendor Management.

Understand Standards, create Policy and Procedures and implement process improvements across a broad array of technologies and stakeholders.

Effectively manage the day-to-day Change Control/Change Management processes and continuously improve the quality of the services delivered.

•           Managing the delivery of a set of Infrastructure services from internal and external providers to ensure optimal performance in line with agreed service levels

•           Build and maintain effective relationships within IT, our third-party providers

•          The candidate must be highly motivated and have a proven track record of innovation, vendor oversight and governance, execution, delivery, customer focus, and be highly skilled in IT Operations Management and Development and bring experience in managing operations around new technologies like DevOps, Cloud, Automation etc.
