Creative Director

 

Seeking a Creative Director to guide the creative execution of client projects, and the company’s identity programs, including:

Looking for a highly creative and must have been a creative director in a photo/video company.
  • Lead the creative direction and execution of high-end creative projects for video, CG and ecommerce
  • Develop creative concepts and presentations based on client briefs
  • Determine production schedules, budgets and talent needs in cooperation with production and account managers
  • Keep creative approach in line with client’s expectations through the project lifecycle
  • Direct all phases of creative work from concept through production
  • Make recommendations on company marketing creative resources and direction
  • Participate in new business pitches

Requirements
  • Highly creative in a wide range of media and genres
  • Successful experience in a creative leadership role (3+ years minimum)
  • Strong portfolio and presentation skills
  • Intimate understanding of creative production and post-production processes
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software
  • Advanced experience directing the creative process in a client-services environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills interacting with clients and internal teams
  • Passion and deep knowledge of art, music, photography, video and new media
  • Additional skills: graphic design, copywriting, storyboarding
