Job Description


Overview: Work with representatives from Training, Care Operations, Client Services, IT and Project Management to manage, develop, maintain and update current and new leadership training material. Responsible for keeping, updating and writing all leadership development training material. Work with the department and client team members to design and develop world-class real-world e-learning and instructor facilitated content within budget, on time and according to customer specifications based on the current and future state. Responsible for developing comprehensive course guidelines, templates, learning objectives, audience analysis, course structure, activities and learning strategies. Responsible for managing and developing leadership curriculum for Care. Draft project plan and conduct needs analyses and evaluation of training and works with subject matter experts to develop and maintain courses. Partnering with cross-functional teams to plan and execute implementation of all new materials and programs. Developing content, materials, support documentation and blended learning approaches using prescribed or adapted templates. Reviewing and revising content based on feedback from internal staff and project team members. Research current trends in leadership and customer service training. Ability to build effective material content for both brick-and-mortar and virtual environments. Obtaining input and content from subject matter experts in the development of new programs. Research training materials for answers to Care questions, concerns or issues. Track project timeframes, manage project deadlines and make sure all projects are ready by the set launch date.Skills: Ability to build effective relationships by utilizing communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to write and design exceptional training content and activities (Leadership content experience preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office suites (Word/Excel/Power Point). Proficient with Adobe Presenter and Adobe Captivate 5. Experience with Adobe Flash preferred. Strong knowledge of e-learning instructional design methodologies and tools. Demonstrated ability to develop innovative, creative and highly interactive design solutions in e-learning environments. Excellent written and verbal communication.Education and experience: 3-5 years in developing e-learning content (leadership development and coaching emphasis)

**Intake Notes:
Position is for a freelance resource with the skill set to research, write, and create materials for pop-up, facilitator-led courses on topics such as individual development plans, active listening, and unconscious bias. A more technical design skill set is nice to have, but not required. This role is expected to be 6 months in duration and 15-20hrs/week. Preference for local candidates, possibility for remote if resource can work in that nature – Nashville, TN.
