Financial Analyst/Project Manager II

Nashville, TN

Currently seeking a Financial Analyst/Project Manager III for a great opportunity in the Nashville, TN area. The ideal candidate will preferably hold a process Improvement certification such as Bronze Lean certification and possess 2-5 years experience.

 

Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst/Project Manager III

 
  • Support efforts by leading, participating, and supporting projects to reduce waste and increase value provided to customers of the Finance function.
  • Meet with the SME and process owners to map and document the current state process, and implement quick wins identified by the team.
  • Document future state.
  • Use a template to document in more details the process.
  • Each project will take between 8 and 40 hours
  • Responsible for process improvement within a Finance and Accounting function as well as with processes in other functions that supply inputs to Finance and Accounting processes

 

Requirements of the Financial Analyst/Project Manager III

 
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably Finance or Accounting)
  • 2-5 years experience
  • Project Management skills
  • Process Improvement certification such as Bronze Lean certification a plus
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills including the ability to communicate well with all levels of management as well as across various disciplines
  • Training and experience with Lean philosophy and application
  • Strong PC skills including a Microsoft Excel including pivot table, advanced formulas, etc.
  • Process Mapping skills
