Job Description


Responsibilities

The Global Brand Manager will facilitate the implementation of growth and lifecycle strategies for the

existing and future portfolio plans for a well-defined group of key brands and execute these plans in

close cooperation with R&D, Product Managers (U.S and OUS), sales force, Operations,

Clinical/Regulatory Affairs and Finance.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Create product messaging that that can be used to promote the brand globally
  • Provide business analysis and use this analysis to make decisions to drive growth
  • Gain market, customer and competitive insights
  • Actively participate in key customer visits within the U.S
  • Partner in the product development process with R&D and Designer Surgeons
  • Manage preparation and execution of new product launches and phase out on a global level

 

Qualifications and Work Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other relevant field of study is required for this position. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.

Ideal candidates should also possess the following skills/experiences:
  • 4+ years marketing/sales experience
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated strong written communication skills and experience with creating product messaging, especially with regards to competitive advantages
  • Demonstrated ability to influence/guide cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on a Brand Plan directly linked to broader business/divisional goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a subject matter expert for a product or service
