Job Description

The most important criteria for joining our support team are:
Client facing experience
Written and verbal skills
Firm grasp of how the web works, networking, and software products


Overall Responsibilities:

Passion and Drive. Make sure every Simplr client is up and running as quick as possible with the best possible experience.

Teamwork. Collaborate across a team of highly talented engineers and customer support agents
Ownership and accountability. Won’t let the client or team down

Day to Day Responsibilities:
· Onboard new clients on the Simplr platform requires configuring and integrating SaaS based help desk and e commerce systems to work with the Simplr Platform APIs
· Partner with engineering team to resolve edge cases and client specific nuances
· Provide technical support to Simplr clients post onboarding
· Help resolve technical challenges, identify bugs and manage ticket escalations when necessary

Core Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE, IT, or Engineering, or completed a technical immersive program.
· 4-6 year’s total EXP. customer facing, technical software 2+ years integration support experience
· Academic or technical experience with well known programming language (Java/C++, JavaScript, PHP or
· Python, etc.)
· Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
· Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
· Experience working with solutions that integrate with 3rd party technologies.
Nice to have: Proficiency configuring help desk platforms (Intercom, Zendesk, etc.) or e commerce systems (Shopify, etc.)
· Experience creating and delivering documentation
