Job Description


We are looking for a Network Administrator to maintain a reliable, secure and efficient data communications network. The candidate must be able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment in order to ensure smooth network operation. Additionally, the candidate will also be responsible for responding to queries, running diagnostic programs, isolating problem, and determining and implementing solution. The ideal candidate should be a self-learner who is eager to grow his/her career in a company, with the goal of proactively taking on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities
• Implements, manages, upgrades and administers MS Windows Network including MS
Exchange, Clustering, Hyper-V, WSUS, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory policies and permissions
• Creates and maintains procedure manuals, topology diagrams, and control documents
• Provides end user, peripheral, 3CX VoIP phones, mobile devices support
• Maintains network printers and scanners.
• Maintains and updates servers - Windows 2012 Server and above
• Maintains and updates workstations and laptops -Windows 7 and above
• Provides support and diagnostics to corporate users
• Manages and administers enterprise anti-virus suite
• Maintains compliance with laws and follow best industry practices

Requirements
• Advanced diagnostic, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Strong, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with
colleagues and the management
• Appropriate knowledge of network operating environments and security methodologies for
level of position
• Appropriate knowledge of WAN/LAN hardware and software technologies and
methodologies for level of position
• Two or more years of experience in telecomm or network administration/engineering and
support roles
• Bachelor’s degree level in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline
• Working knowledge of network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP
• Experience with network management tools and troubleshooting
