Job Description


Experience and Skill set:
  • 7+ years’ experience with at least 5+ years in P&C insurance. Life/Annuities experience would be an added advantage.
  • Must have worked on Personal and Commercial Lines core business systems (Policy, Billing, Claims, Reinsurance etc.) and System integration
  • Must have strong experience in pre-sales, working with customer in creating solutions for custom development and maintenance/support projects.
  • Will work with Sales and Development teams to support offerings and capabilities
  • Demonstrated Capabilities of Assessing the current state, understand broad requirements and pain points to conceptualize solution based on client needs
  • Define the overall scope, roadmap / plan, and execution approach
  • Estimation and pricing
  • Legacy Modernization (proprietary or vendor applications)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility to travel 50% of the time
