Experience: Approximately 2-5 plus years of work experience working with information technology companies – especially those engaged with leading edge software development and enterprise implementations.

- Work as part of the team providing technology leadership to customer business units and the technology community.
- Demonstrate the ability to come up with innovative solutions to customer problems.
- Be able to learn a broad range of technical skills such as database management, web services, web UIs, java scripting and analytics.
- Participate in true agile development methodology that values working software over comprehensive documentation.
- Be able to work with multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
