Job Description


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as an overall project/program logistician, including planning and organizing resources in complex work-scope projects to ensure compliance with customer specifications
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings ensuring up-to-date information is presented
  • Coordinate resources to conduct technology strategy review sessions; monitor and evaluate for improvement opportunities for future scorecards, presentations, demos, conferences, and partner reviews
  • Build and maintain a master schedule of team activities, projects, and technology scorecards
  • Prepare technology project/program status reports, performance metric summaries, meeting agendas, and action trackers
  • Cultivate relationships and buy-in with Change Management, Product, IT, Process Improvements, and Operations teams to drive tech initiatives/strategy through collaborative partnership
  • Act as main point of contact for project deliverables, milestones, required tasks, questions, escalations, and issues related to the project initiatives
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, and keep leadership updated with continual status reports; produce daily and weekly slides and graphic insight as needed for communication effectiveness

NOTE: Resource to manage vendor relationships, scorecards, and business reviews for 13 technologies - support front line call center, think IVR, Avaya, in addition to servers/hardware. Liaison between IT and Procurement, in a change management organization. Take inventory of licenses, software and manage renewal process. Create reports in PowerPoint and Excel.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Strong technical skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), ability to become proficient in multiple technical systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to interact with internal and external parties at various levels within the organization
  • Strong organizational, project and time management skills
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Learning agility, ability to ‘learn on the fly’
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; this includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • High-energy and a desire to work in a result oriented, fast pace environment
  • Process oriented and has intellectual curiosity in leveraging technology to solve business problems

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years’ demonstrated customer service experience providing administrative support and coordination of competing priorities, maintaining calendars, and/or scheduling
  • Prior technical call center or procurement experience helpful
