Job Description:
The Web Producer works with Digital Communication team. This individual will be responsible for supporting corporate intranet on Unily and SharePoint platform, building portals and design as well other digital projects as assigned. The role also requires hands-on editing in the CMS and SharePoint and involves HTML5, CSS, Java Script coding. This person will work in a larger team of producers, production managers and designers but should be capable preparing his/her own images and graphic elements necessary to build the portal as well as create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform or captivate a consumer audience. Knowledge of using Adobe Creative Suite, specially Photoshop is "Required". He/she will also support and provide training for colleagues who have questions or issues with using our content management system.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Digital Communications Team to liaise with content owners, governance and legal departments to ensure integrity and accuracy of content and develop effective site support of ongoing activities, as well as special projects.
- Configuring portals in our content management systems based on company requirements, wireframes in line with overall site practices
- Using technical skills such as HTML, CSS or JavaScript to configure or create content pages
- Create intuitive deliverables within brand guidelines to include presentations, web graphics, digital signage, internal marketing collateral, illustrations & logos.
- Manipulate images and renderings to create new sizes or shapes to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure that comprehensive and timely approvals occur consistently, prior to the approval-required content being published and/or portal going live.
- Confirm quality and accuracy of content and functionality.
- Recommend best practices to collaborators on portal architecture and content teams on design, linking and other factors to improve user accessibility.

- Help create a mutually supportive environment and community practice through collaboration with other CMS coordinators and content owners.
Experience: 2-4 years relevant experience.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Web Design/New Media Communications preferred.
Skills:
- SharePoint and content management experience preferred; Unily experience a plus.
- Website HTML, CSS, specifically responsive design skills, preferred.
- Working knowledge of web development and constraints
- Notable design skills required for ad hoc banner, tiles and button work (should have an online website design portfolio they can share)
- REQUIRED: Experience using web and design apps in Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc. to create new or update existing artwork.
- Must have excellent writing and editing skills.
- Highly IT literate with a thorough understanding of Microsoft packages, especially Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadline
- Must have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
